It uses a new technology combining image processing and AI to detect those gaps, allowing for more accurate counting than traditional counters. - The digital camera is connected to a counting processing PC via Wi-Fi, and images captured by the camera are automatically transferred to the PC. The quantity result is displayed approximately 10 to 15 seconds after the shutter operation. 【Applicable Thickness】 - The thickness that can be counted ranges from 0.4mm to 9.0mm (depending on the stacking height). 【Accuracy】 - The counting accuracy varies depending on how the inspection materials are stacked and the condition of the sides of the inspection materials.
